They argued that Varsha and Vikrant had suppressed particulars about pending litigation in UP, and wrongfully obtained the succession certificates. In 2017, HC quashed the succession certificates and directed the town civil courtroom to determine the problem afresh after listening to each events. Over time, Vilaspati remained the one objector to Varsha and Vikrant’s declare. In 2022, the courtroom was instructed Vilaspati had died and he or she had no inheritor. The courtroom then allowed Varsha and Vikrant’s utility, ordering that they be paid the PF quantity together with accrued curiosity.
