How to do it:

Sit comfortably together with your backbone straight.

Use your proper thumb to shut your proper nostril and slowly inhale via the left nostril for about 6 seconds.

Close the left nostril together with your ring finger, maintain your breath for six seconds.

Open the correct nostril and exhale slowly for six seconds.

Inhale via the correct nostril for six seconds.

Close the correct nostril and maintain for six seconds.

Exhale via the left nostril.

Repeat this cycle for 5 minutes.
