BENGALURU: More than half of Indian adults polled experience sleep-related issues with out following a constant bedtime routine, in accordance to a survey. The survey was performed by YouGov and Amazon in February 2025 with the participation of over 1,000 respondents from 10 cities, together with Bengaluru, Delhi and Mumbai.
