A retired police constable filed a First Information Report (FIR) on the Chunabhatti Police Station in Mumbai, alleging that his son, Siddhesh Ratne, was pushed to suicide due to psychological harassment and infidelity by his spouse, Manasi Ratne, and her alleged accomplices. Siddhesh Ratne ended his life by hanging himself on April 18, 2025, on the household’s government-allotted residence close to Swadeshi Mills in Chunabhatti.
