NEW DELHI: Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge on Monday hinted at a potential management change in the Karnataka authorities, saying that the “party high command has got the power” to take motion.On the query of rising hypothesis over a potential change of chief minister in October, Kharge mentioned, “See, that is in the hands of the high command.
