The proposed pipeline of projects would comprise some 51.14 million sq. ft. of developable space, with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of over ₹55,000 crore, marking a big step-up in the realty agency’s progress trajectory.

In the primary 9 months of FY26, the corporate reported pre-sales of ₹3,859 crore, and buyer collections of ₹3,045 crore.
