In the case of IIM Calcutta, the median compensation dipped almost 11% to ₹30 lakh in 2024 from ₹33.67 lakh provided to the batch of 2023. IIM Bangalore, then again, noticed a decrease decline of 1.5% between the median salaries of the batches of 2023 and 2024. Here, the 2023 batch bought ₹33 lakh, whereas the one in all 2024 bought ₹32.5 lakh. For IIM Lucknow, the median compensation fell 10% to ₹27 lakh in 2024, from ₹30 lakh in 2023, mirroring the tepid job market.
