A 65-year-old farmer was killed in a wild elephant attack in Kannaguppe village, positioned in the Belur taluk of Hassan district, on Sunday morning (April 12, 2026).
Raja Shetty was on his method to his farm when he was attacked by a wild elephant. He died on the spot.
