Andhra University Vice-Chancellor G.P. Raja Sekhar has outlined a broad institutional roadmap for the college, spanning educational reform, infrastructure renewal, and social outreach, because the establishment marks its centenary 12 months. In an interplay with The Hindu, he described the milestone as βan opportunity to reposition the University in a competitive higher education landscape.β
The college started its centenary actions on April 26, 2025, launching a year-long programme main as much as its one centesimal basis day on April 26, 2026. βI assumed office on March 1, 2025, and despite the limited preparation time, we released a draft vision document on April 26, when the centenary activities formally began,β Mr. Raja Sekhar stated.
