The authorities on Saturday (April 11, 2026) hiked export responsibility, or windfall tax, on diesel to ₹55.5 per litre and on aviation fuel ATF to ₹42 a litre.
The responsibility hikes can be relevant with rapid impact, the Finance Ministry mentioned in a notification.
