Former FTX engineering chief Nishad Singh could have to return $3.7 million in unlawful income below a settlement with the US derivatives regulator over his position on the collapsed cryptocurrency alternate. 


Singh will even be banned from buying and selling for 5 years and prohibited from registering with the regulator for eight years, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission stated in an announcement on Wednesday.
