The Delhi High Court on Thursday (April 23, 2026) pulled up the Delhi Police over alleged torture and illegal detention of sure activists final month, asserting that authorized process should be adopted even in circumstances involving grave allegations.

A Bench of Justices Navin Chawla and Ravinder Dudeja requested the investigating company to both take consequent motion, or it might refer the matter to the CBI.
