Drunk passenger detained for molesting air hostess on Shirdi-bound Indigo flight

NEW DELHI: A male passenger was taken into custody for allegedly molesting an air hostess aboard an IndiGo flight from Delhi to Shirdi.
The incident occurred close to the plane’s bathroom when the person, reportedly in an inebriated state, touched the crew member inappropriately. The air hostess instantly knowledgeable the crew supervisor, who alerted safety personnel upon touchdown, reported information company PTI.
The accused was apprehended after the flight landed at Shirdi airport on Friday afternoon and was escorted to the Rahata police station.
A case of molestation was registered, and a medical examination confirmed that the passenger had consumed alcohol.
