Earthquake of magnitude 5.7 strikes Tibet

NEW DELHI: An earthquake of magnitude 5.7 on the Richter Scale hit Tibet within the early hours of Monday.The epicentre was situated at latitude 29.02°N and longitude 87.48°E, at a depth of 10 kilometres, in line with National Center for Seismology‘s X deal with.According to the National Center for Seismology (NCS), the tremor occurred at 2:41 am IST. There aren’t any speedy experiences of casualties or important harm.
