Hyderabad receives rain on March 30

Parts of Hyderabad obtained a short spell of rain on Monday (March 30, 2026) afternoon and clouds hovered over some extra areas. The metropolis could obtain showers later within the day as India Meteorological Department – Hyderabad Centre, in its forecast issued within the afternoon for the following 24 hours, said “Light to moderate rainfall or thundershowers accompanied with gusty winds(30-40 mph) are very likely to occur in parts of the city towards evening or night.”

It has issued a climate replace at 3.12 p.m., predicting mild to average rain or thundershowers accompanied with gusty winds 30-40 kmph in Kairatabad, Abids, OU, Secunderabad,Uppal, L.B. Nagar, Charminar, Hakimpet, Alwal, Cantonment, Kapra, Malkajgiri, Qutbullapur and surrounding areas in the course of the subsequent couple of hours in GHMC.
