Remarks by Union Jal Shakti Minister C.R. Patil on the Kaleshwaram Lift Irrigation Project (KLIP) led to a heated alternate in the Rajya Sabha on Thursday, with Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) MP Ok.R.
