The Kadapa city has remained underdeveloped during the last 20 years, authorities whip and Kadapa MLA Reddeppagari Madhavi Reddy stated on Sunday (April 26, 2026), blaming earlier civic administrations for the state of the city.
Speaking after flagging off a 5-km consciousness rally on Census enumeration in Kadapa, she stated the civic physique had been within the incorrect fingers, in an oblique reference to the interval when events apart from the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) ran it.
