Submit inquiry file on security of Michel, Delhi court tells Tihar jail | India News

NEW DELHI: A Delhi court on Thursday requested Tihar jail officers to submit the inquiry file on the security of Christian Michel James jailed within the AgustaWestland case. The court of Special Judge Sanjeev Aggarwal directed the senior regulation officer, jail headquarters, New Delhi, to provide the file by June 6, the subsequent listening to date. The court was listening to James’s utility asking for a re-look on the findings of an inquiry report dated Aug 29, 2019, over the security preparations for him in jail.
