The Supreme Court on Tuesday (July 29, 2025) fastened July 31 for listening to pleas looking for a review of a May 2 verdict that put aside a decision plan submitted by JSW Steel Limited for Bhushan Steel and Power Limited (BSPL), holding it unlawful and in violation of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC).
