Dairy farmers within the State are aggrieved over the lack of attention given to key issues regarding them.
In its manifesto, the DMK has promised the farmers that the procurement worth will likely be elevated by ₹5 per litre. But the AIADMK, the NTK, and the TVK haven’t set out their place on the problem in their manifestos, in accordance to M.G. Rajendran, normal secretary, Tamil Nadu Milk Producers’ Welfare Association (TNMPWA).
