Wolf (Sam Rockwell), the chief, pickpocket, and getaway driver; Snake (Marc Maron), the safecracker and Wolf’s second-in-command; Shark (Craig Robinson), the grasp of disguise; Piranha (Anthony Ramos), the muscle; and Tarantula aka Webs (Awkwafina), the hacker, are all attempting to go straight.

The vivid bursts of color, the songs, jokes and eye-popping action guarantee The Bad Guys 2 retains us completely entertained. The voice solid is good, with Lyonne offering her husky charms to her “Snaky cakes,” Awkwafina lending cyber appeal, Rockwell main easily, and Borstein transferring us to tears together with her funeral oratory.

The camera work staging the action sequences deserve a point out, particularly the swinging crane in Cairo in the starting and all the outer house hi-jinks in the direction of the finish.
