The Tamil Maanila Congress (Moopanar), led by G.K. Vasan, has been allotted five seats as a part of the AIADMK-led National Democratic Alliance for the Assembly election.
The get together will contest on the BJP’s ‘Lotus’ symbol in Oddanchathiram, Erode West, Ranipet, Killiyoor, and Kumbakonam.
Speaking to The Hindu, Mr. Vasan confirmed that his get together had been allotted five seats. Since his get together’s symbol was below dispute, it had determined to contest the ballot below the BJP’s symbol, he stated.
Meanwhile, the Tamilaga Makkal Munnetra Kazhagam, led by John Pandian, has additionally been allotted a seat. It is ready to contest the Rajapalayam seat.
Similarly, the South Indian Forward Bloc Party, led by K.C. Thirumaran, has been allotted one seat below the NDA, and the get together will even contest on the BJP’s symbol.
