According to the investigation by senior editor Asra Nomani, titled “Global Chaos Inc Grows to 101 Groups,” a network of 101 organizations across nine countries forms an interconnected “red-green” ecosystem. The report states that Islamist and communist groups are actively coordinating, organizing, or amplifying demonstrations across Europe and other regions.

The findings highlight the France-based group Indian Alliance Paris (IAP) as a central node connecting French and Indian protest messaging. The report notes that the IAP maintains a partnership with the People’s Forum in Manhattan. Additionally, the X account DisinfoLab reported that Paris-based journalist and IAP secretary Joy Banerjee is a former CGT union delegate with ties to the French Communist Party.

The transnational anti-capitalist organization Progressive International (PI) explicitly grouped ongoing demonstrations in France, Spain, India, and Albania in an October 16 briefing on its website. The briefing questioned whether new rebellions can acquire organized power, adding that these are the forces the organization is working to support and connect.

Nomani’s investigation further claims that European unrest has received sympathetic amplification from pro-communist organisations, including BreakThrough News, CODEPINK, and the Party for Socialism and Liberation. These entities are reportedly funded and supported by Shanghai-based, American-born tech tycoon Neville Roy Singham.

During an October 14 interview with BreakThrough News, CODEPINK co-founder and Singham’s wife, Jodie Evans, addressed the international scope of the movement. “I want people to look at France, Spain, and India and just say, ‘Where are we? Why are we not in the streets?'” she stated.
