Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) stated it has signed a wage settlement settlement for the interval 2024-2027 with United Union of Hyundai Employees (UUHE), its recognised union.
The long-term wage settlement might be efficient from April 1, 2024, by way of March 31, 2027, the corporate stated in a press release.
The package deal features a wage improve of ₹31,000 per thirty days, structured over a three-year interval within the ratio of 55%, 25%, and 20%, the corporate stated.
In addition to the settlement, HMIL continues to guide the business in worker welfare, together with best-in-class well being protection and superior wellness programmes.

Registered in 2011, the United Union of Hyundai Employees [UUHE] is the officially-recognised consultant physique for the workforce of Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL).
As of August 31, 2025, UUHE represents a membership of 1,981 staff (90% of technician/workmen cadre), reflecting its continued dedication to advocating for worker welfare, rights, and constructive engagement with administration, the corporate stated.
